Hello from all of us at Topspeed Couriers! We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we’ve received a King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development 2026, one of the UK’s highest honours for business achievement.
The Award was announced on 6 May 2026, and it recognises the progress we’ve made in sustainability, backed by our Carbon Reduction Plan and our continued investment in responsible, secure logistics.
A proud moment (and a big thank you)
We’re also one of only 185 organisations nationwide to receive a King’s Award in 2026, which makes this recognition even more special.
As our CEO and Founder Stephen Clegg put it: “Winning the King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development is a huge moment for Topspeed, and I’m incredibly proud that our commitment to operating responsibly has been recognised at a national level. This Award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our whole team, and the support of our customers and partners who’ve worked alongside us to put a robust Carbon Reduction Plan in place and keep raising the bar for more sustainable, secure logistics.”
What it means for our work (and why it matters)
We’re a specialist logistics provider focused on the secure transport of controlled and regulated goods across the UK, supporting time-critical and event-critical operations. It’s a demanding space to work in, so we’re proud that we’re proving you can do it securely and sustainably.
Sustainability isn’t a side project for us, it’s built into how we operate day to day, from how we plan and manage journeys to the choices we make as we invest in greener, more efficient ways of working.
A quick bit of background, the King’s Awards for Enterprise (formerly the Queen’s Awards) were renamed in 2023, and they’re now in their 60th year of celebrating outstanding UK businesses.
We’ll be able to display the official King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years, a recognised mark of excellence in the UK and internationally. Thanks again to everyone who’s supported us on the journey… and a big hello to all our neighbours on Winsford Industrial Estate!
