After many years with Groundwork, Mike Kelly has decided to take early retirement and will be leaving at the end of October. As you will be aware Mike has played a significant role in the success of the Winsford Industrial Estate Business Improvement District and has been a fantastic ambassador for the Winsford Industrial Estate business community since he first started in the role as Estate Manager in 2002.
Mike will be a very hard act to follow and I am sure that you will join us in wishing Mike all the best in his retirement.
In the meantime, Mike will over the next few weeks be visiting companies and introducing the Interim Estate Manager, Mark Henshaw. Mark has worked for Groundwork over the past 4 years and has played a key role in providing business support in the BID’s team on projects in Chester City Centre, Northwich Town Centre, Gadbrook Park, Ellesmere Port, Sealand Road Industrial Estate and Globe Park in Wycombe. Mark also has excellent relationships with internal officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council.
This interim role, will allow us over the next few months to start the recruitment process for a permanent Estate Manager on Winsford Industrial Estate.
Once again, I am sure you will join us in wishing Mike a happy and restful retirement.
