Save Thursday the 15th June 2017 in your diaries as the popular Winsford 1-5 Bike & Walk to Work Day returns!
Supported by the Winsford 1-5 Group, the event encourages employees to either cycle or walk to work for that day, with each employee that participates being entered in to a FREE PRIZE DRAW for a BRAND NEW BIKE worth £350!
Everyone who walks or cycles in to work that day will also be provided with a FREE BREAKFAST BAP TOKEN for the local cafes (Premier Cafe and Rucks to Eat), where you can enjoy a delicious free breakfast sandwich and a drink.
There will be stewards at either end of Road One and at the end of Road Two and by the railway bridge to dish out breakfast tokens and to collect names for the prize draw from 5:30am until 9:30am. The draw itself will be taking place at Rucks to Eat at lunchtime at 1pm and all winners will be notified. We hope to see you there!
Cyclone Cycles will be on hand to give advice on any maintenance issues outside Rucks to Eat from 12pm – 2pm and a 15% discount is offered to any employee from Winsford Industrial Estate wishing to purchase any equipment.
From 12pm – 2pm Cheshire Police will also be at Rucks to Eat to aid with FREE bike marking for everyone on Winsford Industrial Estate, where all bikes will be registered on a National Database in case of theft.
