The Executive Board
The Executive Board is elected annually by Winsford Industrial Estate businesses at the AGM and consists of a Chair and six Executive Board members.
Cheshire West and Chester Council (Advisory Capacity) and Groundwork Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside (Accountable Body) also attend the Executive Board meetings, although they do not have voting powers.
