The dates for the 2025 Mental Health Online Workshops are listed below – sessions are via MS Teams and run from 11am – 12pm.

What is menopause, the symptoms of menopause & how to manage the symptoms

 

Thursday 20th March 2025 – Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Looking at a variety of ways of thinking, learning, and interacting. This can lead to better performance, innovation, and a happier work environment

 

Thursday 15th May 2025 – Confidence & Motivation/Combatting negative thoughts

Looking at improving your confidence and motivation, as well as combatting false or negative assumptions about yourself or others that can prevent you from reaching your goals

 

Thursday 26th June 2025 – Adapting to Change/General mental health wellbeing

A look at how we can adapt successfully to change, as well as tips for improving general mental health and wellbeing

 

Thursday 18th September 2025 – Working from home/loneliness and resilience

A focus on combatting loneliness, looking at tips on how to work from home most successfully & looking at how to improve mental resilience

 

Friday 10th October 2025 – Stress & Burnout

Looking at the symptoms of stress and burnout in the workplace with tips on how to cope

 

Thursday 20th November 2025 – Anxiety/depression

Looking at the symptoms of anxiety or depression with tips on how to combat those feelings
