Main Objectives
Working within the Estimating and Planning team, you will be trained in all aspects of working with scaled drawings, creating plans/job sheets and pricing for new build housing developments relevant to specific customer requirements. You will have a detailed training plan, guidance and support to develop you in this role.
The Role
We are seeking a confident and keen individual that has knowledge in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. You will train to plan efficiently from measurements or working drawings to produce cost-effective solutions and plans. This role requires a strong mind set with the ability to focus for extended periods of time.

The Person
· Strong mathematical skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
· Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising and multi-tasking effectively
· Confident communication skills and good administration skills
