Saint Flooring are a leading flooring contractor who supply the house build industry. Due to continued growth, we require additional administrative support in our Customer Care department located at our Head Office in Winsford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, proficient Administrator/Customer Care worker who wishes to progress their career within this field.
Main Objectives
Working within the Customer Care team, you will be responsible for speaking to site managers regarding any flooring issues. This will then involve helping to prepare the work for the fitter’s diary and calling customers to confirm jobs for the following day. Following up with aftercare that the work has been completed and passing through to the accounts department for invoicing were applicable.
The Role
We are seeking a confident communicator that is highly proficient in using Microsoft packages. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly organised, conscientious individual to join the team.

· Have a positive attitude
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
