What the role entails:
Sourcing new customers to purchase plastic and paper grades for recycling. The priority will be
sourcing LDPE film that we can process through our in-house system. You will be expected to
source new customers from numerous industries to purchase plastic and cardboard waste for
recycling. You will look over any customers you source and complete regular site inspections of
the material along with continuing to add additional customers to your portfolio.
Key responsibilities include: prospecting via calls and emails, visiting prospects,
signing up new clients, quotations, Account management , site audits, reporting, using
MS software, responding to sales leads and general office duties.
Ideal candidate skills and requirements: Business Development/sales experience ideally in
the waste and recycling industry. Driving licence is essential.
Main duties of the role: sourcing new customers to provide the depot additional tonnes of
plastic and paper grades for recycling. The role will be based at the Winsford depot and also
remotely when visiting customers and prospecting. You will be covering all surrounding areas.
