What the role entails:
Sourcing new customers to purchase plastic and paper grades for recycling. You will have a portfolio of existing suppliers of material. You will also be expected to maintain supplies from these customers along with increasing your portfolio by bringing in new customers for the business.
Key responsibilities include: cold calling, visiting prospects, signing up new clients, quotations, Account management , site audits, responding to sales leads and general office duties.
Ideal candidate skills and requirements: Business Development/sales experience ideally in the waste and recycling industry. Driving licence is essential.
Main duties of the role: sourcing new customers to provide the depot additional tonnes of plastic and paper grades for recycling. The role will be based at the new depot in Winsford and also remote when visiting customers and prospecting. You will be covering all surrounding areas.
