Five colleagues from Weaver Vale Housing Trust are climbing Kilimanjaro in September in aid of The Teenagers and Young Oncology Unit at the Christie Hospital. They’re all funding the trip themselves so any money raised goes directly to charity. It’s a charity close to their hearts as one of their apprentices is currently receiving treatment there.
They have arranged a charity golf event for Sunday 28th June 2015 and would like to invite any golfers, good or bad, to enter a team of four people. Full details are below and it would be great to get as many teams as possible entered on the day. Even if you are unable to enter a team, it would brilliant if you could donate any winning prizes or raffle prizes for the day.
