A multi-million pound investment has just been realised in Winsford thanks to the sale of Navigation Park.
Previously owned by Stretton Property, the Cheshire-based firm has now sold its portfolio of nine North West multi-let industrial estates, including Winsford Industrial Estate based Navigation Park, for a total of £42 million.
InfraRed Capital Partners, who have acquired the properties totalling around a million square feet, is hoping to pursue an active management strategy within the new purchases, aiming to improve the buildings and let vacant space.
James Cooper, director at InfraRed, said: “This acquisition complements our existing North West portfolio which we have acquired over the past 18 months for Active Fund III and which now totals 3.4m sq ft of floor space.
“We continue to seek industrial opportunities in the UK regions to further grow our existing portfolio.”
Dowley Turner Real Estate, Taylor Wessing and Peloton Properties acted for InfraRed, while Stretton Property was represented by CBRE, Freeths and Legat Owen.
